The GI and Liver Association of the Americas uses an online system for registration. No hard-copy registration forms will be available.
The conference registration fee includes access to all plenary sessions, parallel sessions, the exhibit hall, the welcome reception, and conference meals (breakfast, lunch, and breaks).
Registration rates will be as follows:

RN, LVN, LPN $75.00
Industry Representative $250.00

On-site registration is available; however, we encourage all attendees to pre-register to ensure there is adequate space for all attendees. Individuals registering on-site must pay the registration fee by credit card. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted. Neither cash nor check will be accepted on-site.
An automated email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Attendees may modify their registration online at any time.
Confirmed registrations may be transferred to a colleague in the event that the original registrant is unable to attend the meeting. The request for a registration transfer must be made by the original registrant. For transfers, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
CANCELLATIONS / RETURN POLICY
Cancellations after Friday, October 9th will not receive a refund. Cancellations prior to Friday, October 9th will receive a 50% refund.
